Frequently Asked Questions
Do we offer obligation free quotes?
Yes. Specifically, on medium to large-scale projects where moderate to substantial works are involved, Ruby Electrical happily provides comprehensive individual quotations. On smaller projects or maintenance jobs, charges are accrued at a standard hourly rate, which is provided in writing to the client prior to the commencement of work.
How soon can I expect a quote after you view my prospective project?
Ruby Electrical endeavours to provide you with a comprehensive written quote within 24 hours of our site inspection. We also undertake follow up contact 48 hours after submitting our quotation in order to answer any possible queries and ascertain if we met your requirements.
How quickly can you commence my project?
We aim to undertake each job when most suitable for our clients, with work generally scheduled 2 – 3 days in advance. However, on occasion this may vary should we have large-scale projects currently underway.
What if there are unforeseen costs on my project?
On occasion when on site, our workers may become aware of additional work that is required, which has not been included in your job description. In such circumstances, the onsite team will discuss the specific details with you and following liaison with our director, provide you with a comprehensive solution and an associated cost.
Can I make changes or add additional works as my project progresses?
We understand that you may wish to upgrade or alter your project as it begins to take shape and are only too happy to discuss your requirements and present you with possible options and their associated costs.
Can you minimise the disturbance during my project?
We appreciate the need to minimise the disruption to individuals and commercial organisations and consider this a key facet of customer service excellence. At Ruby Electrical we perceive communication and respect to be instrumental in minimising any potential disruption. During your project, we will continually liaise with you and will endeavour to address any difficulties you may be experiencing.
